**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform plumbing tasks efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Collaborate with HVAC professionals to ensure integrated system functionality.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe fittings and repairs.
- Execute basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding plumbing issues and solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems effectively.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints related to plumbing installations.
- Experience using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A valid plumbing license may be required depending on local regulations.

Pay: $28.69-$41.59 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
