**What You Will Do With Us**

As the Operations Supervisor, reporting the Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the Branch Operations and Warehouse product flow of the Brandon, Manitoba Location.

**How You Will Thrive With Us**
- You will monitor expense levels and ensuring that corrective action is taken to control/reduce costs in line with budgetary requirements.
- You will identify areas for improvement in co-operation with the Branch Manager.
- You will adhere to company policies.
- You will ensure operational and administrative procedures are implemented and followed by all branches within the district.
- You will be responsible for the integrity and the accuracy of the physical inventory.
- You will manage and support the Brandon warehouse team.
- You will ensure Health & Safety policies are always followed and demonstrate leadership in compliance.
- You will participate in annual audits; procedures (ISO standards) & safety.
- You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhancing customer service experience within the branch.
- You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

**Who Are You**
- You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- You possess a good understanding of the AS400 system (an asset.)
- You have product knowledge of the electrical business (an asset.)
- You will demonstrated leadership abilities
- You have a positive attitude and results driven mindset
- You have a valid drivers license
- You are flexible to travel to assist with operational projects throughout the Midwest.
