Full‑Time | Permanent | Brandon, MB (Relocation Supported) Our Client, a well‑established and growing commercial roofing company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Supervisor to lead their flat roofing operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a seasoned roofing professional who takes pride in safety, quality, and team leadership. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise commercial flat roofing crews and subcontractors on active job sites Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulations Oversee daily site operations, monitor progress, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and industry best practices Train and mentor team members on roofing techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Troubleshoot on‑site challenges and provide practical, hands‑on solutions What You Bring 10+ years of commercial flat roofing experience (all systems and methods) 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Interprovincial Red Seal – Roofer Trade (required) Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Comfortable with physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting Willingness to travel up to 25% as required Location & Mobility Based in Brandon, MB (R7A 7A7) Candidates must be able to commute or relocate Relocation assistance provided What’s Offered Competitive compensation Company vehicle Profit sharing RRSP matching & pension plan Comprehensive health, dental, vision & life insurance Paid time off & employee assistance program Company events & casual work environment This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role with a stable organization that values craftsmanship, safety, and team success.
