**Warehouse Administrator**

**AireEnergy is a company specializes in home energy efficiency improvements located in the Greater Vancouver Area, currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Administrator. As the first point of contact for our company, the Administrator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- **Updating and maintaining company databases, records, and documents.**:

- **Assisting in compiling and preparing reports, invoices, presentations, and other documents as needed.**:

- **Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, company policies and safety protocols.**:

- **Inspecting, unloading, and storing incoming shipments and verifying their accuracy against purchase orders or invoices.**:

- **Keeping the warehouse organized by storing items properly and maintaining accurate inventory records.**:

- **Selecting items from inventory, packaging them, and preparing shipments for dispatch.**:

- **Conducting stock checks, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the timely restocking of items.**:

- **Coordinating outgoing shipments, labeling packages, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.**:

- **Other tasks as required and as assigned by Managers.**

**Qualification**:
**1) High school diploma or equivalent**

**2) Proven experience in a customer service role in warehouse setting preferred**

**3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**

**4) Professional appearance and demeanor**

**5) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities**

**6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**

**7) Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently**

**8) Familiarity with office and warehouse equipment**

**9) Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures**

**10) Ability to lift up to 50 lb of stock**

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
