**DESCRIPTION**: Warehouse Technician - Richmond, BC _(Part Time)_

As a Warehouse Technician for CARO Analytical Services’ growing laboratory network, your main responsibilities will include:

- Track and log all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
- Accept deliveries of company products and store them accordingly.
- Pack and ship orders for delivery, this may include trips to airport, sublet labs and Burnaby Lab.
- Inspect all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
- Keep warehouse area clean and organized.
- Report and return damaged product.
- Operate any machinery required for transporting large orders and heavy products.
- Dispose samples and manage waste disposal according to local regulations.
- Complete other administrative duties as directed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products.
- Must be a self-starter with strong solution-oriented thought process.
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.
- Demonstrate the alertness and physical dexterity required to operate machinery.
- Must be capable of managing time effectively and multi-tasking, as necessary.
- Computer literate, with advanced Excel skills/abilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
- shipping & receiving: 1 year (preferred)
