**Main Job Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic direction to the electric powertrain and technology service of the company, overseeing all aspects of design, development, testing and service of them. Leading research and development with the goal of bringing new electric vehicle and software services to the new market requirement (North American).
- Organize the establishment of 3 departments (product development, software development, and IT), hiring and training managers and senior engineers of those departments. Provides mentorship, guidance, and professional growth opportunities for team.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams within the organization (human, sales and financial) to identify and prioritize engineering projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage and review the final technical status of product and software releases of electric vehicle (VCU). As the top technical representative maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Develop and manage the engineering and technical budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizing productivity.
- Attend to establish strategic objective of ENCA company with general manager.
- Attend to build up annual sales strategy and sales target of ENCA company.

**Employment requirements:**
- A master’s degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control, or a related field;
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in the electric vehicle industry, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering leadership roles;
- Proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects from concept to commercialization, with a focus on new energy vehicles or related components.
- Strong technical expertise in vehicle engineering, including structural design, electrical design, and software development.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive effective solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Having Chinese skills is preferred, for some communication scenarios with parts suppliers.

**Salary**: $80000-110000/year

(40 hours/week), permanent
