We are seeking a **high-performing Hybrid Chairside Dental Assistant & Clinical Coordinator** to join our progressive, patient-centered dental practice. This is a **combined clinical and operational role** designed for a motivated, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, fully digital environment.

**Role Overview**

This hybrid role blends **chairside assisting** with **clinical coordination responsibilities**, supporting the daily clinical flow of the practice while ensuring seamless documentation, inventory management, and lab coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Chairside & Clinical Support**
- Provide exceptional chairside assisting with superior clinical etiquette and patient care
- Support doctors and hygienists during procedures with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of infection control, operatory readiness, and clinical flow

**Clinical Coordination & Records**
- Accurate and detailed clinical records, charting, and digital documentation
- Coordinate daily clinical schedules and support smooth patient transitions
- Assist with treatment coordination and inter-departmental communication as needed

**Inventory & Lab Management**
- Manage clinical inventory, ordering, and stock organization
- Oversee lab cases, tracking, follow-ups, and quality control
- Communicate effectively with dental labs and internal clinical teams

**Systems & Organization**
- Help maintain clinical protocols and checklists
- Ensure treatment rooms and sterilization areas meet practice standards
- Support implementation of new technologies and workflows
- Certified Dental Assistant (Level II preferred)
- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and clinical flow
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Calm, professional, and confident with patients
- Comfortable with digital systems, scanners, and clinical photography

We provide mentorship, systems training, and leadership development to help you grow into these roles.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
