**About the Opportunity**

We're a leading distributor of premium **plastic surgical supplies trusted by surgeons** and surgical centers across Canada. As we continue to grow, we're looking for **experienced, entrepreneurial sales professionals** to represent our market-leading products and expand relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and surgical facilities nationwide.

This is a **field-based, independent contractor role** designed for self-motivated professionals who want the freedom to build and manage their own territory—backed by industry-leading products and a team of veterans who understand the surgical market.

**What You'll Do**
- **Build and maintain relationships** with plastic surgeons, general surgeons, hospitals, and private surgical centers across your territory
- **Conduct face-to-face meetings** in clinics, ORs, and surgical facilities to present and promote our portfolio of surgical instruments and supplies
- **Manage your own territory strategy** - you control your schedule, client approach, and growth plan
- **Drive sales growth** by identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and staying connected to industry trends
- **Represent premium brands** trusted by top surgeons in the plastic and reconstructive surgery space

**What We're Looking ForMust-Haves**:

- **Proven track record** in medical device or surgical supply sales (minimum 3+ years preferred)
- **Direct experience** selling to surgeons, OR managers, or surgical facilities (not pharmaceutical/GP-focused sales)
- **Established network** of contacts in the Canadian surgical or plastic surgery community _(highly preferred)_
- **Self-starter mentality** - you're disciplined, organized, and comfortable working independently without daily supervision
- **Strong communication and relationship-building skills** - you know how to earn trust and close deals
- **Located in Canada** and legally authorized to work independently as a contractor

**Big Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience with companies like: Integra Life Sciences, ASSI, Keir Surgical, Instrumentarium, Medtronic, Stryker, Synthes, Mentor/Ethicon, or similar surgical suppliers
- Knowledge of sterile technique, wound closure products, or capital equipment
- Existing relationships with hospital purchasing departments, OR personnel, or private surgical centers
- A history of selling in the OR environment
