**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director of Enterprise Change Management, you will be the driving force behind transforming our organization. You will lead the charge in implementing new strategies, fostering a positive change culture, and ensuring our team is equipped to navigate the future.
**As Director, Enterprise Change Management, you will**:
- Lead the way: Develop and execute change management strategies that align with our organizational goals
- Build the team: Create and manage an effective Enterprise Change Management Office
- Foster a positive culture: Promote a workplace that embraces change and innovation
- Drive change: Implement complex change initiatives successfully
- Communicate effectively: Engage stakeholders and promote understanding of change efforts
- Develop talent: Coach and mentor team members to support their growth and development
- Measure success: Track and evaluate change initiatives to ensure they deliver results
**This is a chance to be on the frontline of history at Toronto Pearson. To do so, you will bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Change Management or a related field.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, Master's in Organizational Development), as an asset
- 10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance
- Demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking, decision-making, and the ability to drive change
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to tackling complex challenges
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- A familiarity with governance, creative, and technical issues
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and the ability to adapt and thrive under pressure
- A passion for turning the ordinary into extraordinary and a knack for inspiring others to believe in the impossible
