**WHO WE ARE**

Started in 1987 by a young entrepreneur with a single truck and trailer, Steve’s Livestock Transport has since grown to become a leader in the transportation industry.

With demonstrated and continued growth, we are looking for a Dispatcher to join our Logistics team in Blumenort, Brandon, Manitoba or Red Deer, Alberta.

**The Role**

Day on Call 4 on 4 off - 5 am - 5 pm

**Responsibilities include**
- Develop relationships with your team of drivers
- Ensure drivers are set up for success and have the tools they need for their work
- Dispatch drivers
- Communicate workload/schedules to drivers, including customer requirements
- Administrative tasks related to driver pay, Logistics software, permits, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Proven team building and/or leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
