**Job Description Summary**:
The Maintenance Scheduler within the Facilities department is responsible to develop short and long-term schedules for planned and corrective work for all facility assets, including building services and manufacturing equipment. This includes liaising between equipment and building systems specialists, maintenance planner(s), manufacturing operations, research & development (RND) and supply distributions workgroups to ensure planned and corrective maintenance activities for both routine and shutdown work is coordinated with internal and external resources to permit efficient and effective execution of all maintenance and reliability work at the facilities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the weekly scheduling Commitment/Lookback meetings between all affected parties, driving commitment between the workgroups to a prioritized maintenance schedule and reviewing the previous week’s schedule attainment and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with work groups to develop a prioritized and fully resource loaded schedule with Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) in preparation for finalizing at the weekly Commitment/Lookback meetings.
- Maintain a rolling 8-week schedule, at min 80% resource loaded with PM’s and CM’s, and communicate to all affected facilities to permit scheduling of contractors to facilitate timely completion of maintenance work.
- Actively manage the Facility PM schedule and optimize the plan based on reliability feedback, compliance requirements and resource availability.
- Collaborate with external support groups (vendors/contractors) to coordinate start dates with all affected workgroups for planned & corrective activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in a technical related program (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering Technology or other) with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- Certified Engineering Technologist (CET).
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification would be an asset.
- Proficient with EAM/CMMS systems, spreadsheets, and related software.
- Proficient in Work Control management (Planning/Scheduling); ISO55001, ISO 13485.
- Technical knowledge of various equipment (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
- Reading technical manuals, drawings, specifications.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control management (MROs, Spares, etc.).
- Initiating ePRFs/PRs/POs in SAP, etc.
- Strong communication.
- Multi-taking in a dynamic/changing environment.
