**Job Description Summary**:
Here at STEMCELL Technologies the Facilities team is growing and we are looking for an additional Maintenance Scheduler to join us This role will liaison between different teams, including equipment and building systems specialists, manufacturing operations, research & development (R&D) and supply distributions teams. The main focus of this role is to ensure that planned and corrective maintenance activities for both routine and shutdown work are coordinated to permit efficient and effective execution of all maintenance and reliability work at the facilities.
As a Maintenance Scheduler you will also be responsible for developing short and long-term schedules for planned and corrective work for all facility assets, including building services and manufacturing equipment. If you would like to learn more about this role, we would like to hear from you
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the weekly scheduling Commitment/Lookback meetings, aligning with the team on the maintenance schedule,and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to develop a fully resource loaded schedule with Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) in preparation for the weekly Commitment/Lookback meetings
- Maintain a rolling 8-week schedule, at minimum 80% resource loaded with PM’s and CM’s, and communicate to all affected facilities to guarantee timely completion of maintenance work
- Actively manage the Facility Preventive Maintenance schedule and optimize the plan based on reliability feedback, compliance requirements and resource availability
- Collaborate with external stakeholders(vendors/contractors) to coordinate start dates for planned and corrective activities
**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in a technical related program (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering Technology or other) with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification is an asset
- Proficient in Work Control management (Planning/Scheduling); ISO55001, ISO 13485, and with ECM/CMMS systems, spreadsheets, and related software
- Technical knowledge of various equipment (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) and able to read technical manuals, drawings, and specifications
- Strong Communication Skills and able to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
