Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively supervise a team.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and train retail staff, including cashiers and clerks as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
- Ensure cleanliness and organization
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving store performance

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment is an asset
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Knowledge of Hockey is a definite asset

Store hours are 9:30-5:30 Monday to Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday. Hours will primarily be full time Monday to Friday.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
