**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Shipper/Receiver** to support our growing operations. This role is critical to the efficient flow of goods in and out of the store and involves receiving shipments, processing online orders, organizing inventory, and providing friendly, helpful customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive and unpack incoming shipments promptly and accurately
- Match deliveries with purchase orders; verify and document invoices
- Enter received products into inventory software
- Pick and pack orders; contact customers to arrange payment and pickup/shipping
- Prepare outgoing shipments with proper packaging and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized stockroom (including fridges and freezers)
- Refill and stock product refill stations
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner—answer questions and coordinate order pickups
- Assist with general in-store duties and housekeeping tasks (including garbage and recycling)

**Qualifications**
- Experience in shipping/receiving or retail is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in cold storage areas when needed (fridges and freezers)
- Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required based on business needs

**What We Offer**
- **Starting wage: $20.00/hour**:
