**Club Description**

The Cardinal Golf Complex is Canada’s largest golf and event facility and is home to three clubs including Cardinal Golf Club, Kettle Creek Golf Club, and RedCrest Golf Club. While these clubs share the same property, they each have their own entrance and clubhouse.

The Event Coordinator is responsible for growing business in all areas of the club with a specific focus on golf and non-golf events.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in wedding and related trade shows to promote and secure new events.
- Act as the sales representative for events as designated by the Director of Sales. This may include: Executing quotes and contracts, confirming details with clients, communicating event details with the necessary departments, on-site tours, event execution and supervision and acting as the liaison at the course for event contacts, and event invoicing and payment processing.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on sales and marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in events, sales, or marketing is considered an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
