**The ROLE: Site & Retail Station Manager Extraordinaire**

This isn’t your average management gig. Think of it as being the captain of a fast-moving, high-performance ship—one packed with great people, busy customers, and endless opportunities to shine. This place runs on excitement, teamwork, and top-tier customer service — and we need someone who can keep the ship running smoothly.

**In this role, you will**:

- Deliver _outstanding_ customer experiences keeping energy high and smiles even higher
- Handle the daily hustle, from management of customers and staff to technical issues
- Solving situations as they arise with calmness, professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a welcoming, exciting and safe store environment
- Manage vendor relationships with confidence and entrepreneurship
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and freshness aligned with our brand
- Boost sales with clever promotions, marketing campaigns, and social media magic
- Manage P&L like a pro—controlling inventory, cash, systems, and store performance
- Cultivate a positive workplace where your team fees valued, supported and excited
- Build, coach, cheerlead and inspire a high performing team

**What Makes You a Great Fit**:

- You’re an experienced, confident hands-on leader who knows how to inspire people in a retail setting. Naturally, you are an energizer You are upbeat
- Someone who’s worked as leader in a retail and/or gas station and Crushed it Remember, you’ll be the Captain, which means you need to have this experience already
- You’ve managed teams in the past, not just on paper, but mentored and nurtured them. You’re experienced with performance management, KPI’s, delegation of duties and accountability models. A real team champion
- You live and breathe exceptional customer service.
- You understand the power of a strong brand and keep it front and center.
- You are marketing-minded and social media savvy brand builder
- You think like an entrepreneur looking for ways to boost sales and grow the business

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Leadership Experience**: 5+ years leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- **Retail & Operations Management**: 3+ years managing inventory, supplier relationships, and store operations.
- **Food Industry Experience**: Background in food retail or food service is a strong asset.
