Mr. Lube aims to provide fast, friendly, professional service to customers who trust their car will be kept to their manufacturer’s specifications. We are looking for applicants who want to grow their automotive service knowledge within a locally owned franchise group.

Starting Wage is $15/hr plus bonuses once you have successfully achieved our sales targets and completed First Aid and TIA certification provided by us you will be increased to $20/hr plus bonuses

What you will be doing:

- Working as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Developing technical skills and knowledge in automotive service
- Talking with customers about their vehicle’s servicing needs
- Maintaining productivity goals
- Performing tasks to make our workplace customer-ready

We are looking to balance our team with members who have these foundations:

- 2+ years in automotive service
- 2+ years in customer service -OR
- 2+ years in sales

- An eager attitude to develop your role as a service advisor
- A self-starting demeanor to discern what needs to be done
- Able to follow regimented steps to servicing vehicles
- Proof of Full Vaccination status
