Maintenance/janitor

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ground maintenance
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Performs general repairs and maintenance within the property for painting, cleaning, plumbing and electrical and other like tasks as required.
- To assist with tenant move ins and move outs
- To perform apartment turnovers.
- Maintain certain building operating systems.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Self motivated
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

Availibilty to be on call for after hour emergencies if required

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 5 years (required)
- janitorial: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
