**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate multi-head embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, or similar)
- Hoop garments and prepare items for embroidery
- Thread, adjust, and maintain machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Assist with trimming, folding, and packaging embroidered goods
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and reliability are a must
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills

**Schedule & Compensation**:

- Monday to Friday, daytime hours (some flexibility available)
- Full-time or part-time options
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
