Job Description: Are you passionate about creating delectable doughnuts that are works of art? We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Gourmet Doughnut Specialist to join our team. As a Gourmet Doughnut Specialist, you will play a vital role in crafting mouthwatering doughnuts that will delight our customers' taste buds
- Rolling out dough and fry a variety of gourmet doughnuts, create glazes and pastry creams and fillings in accordance with our recipes and standards.
- Decorate and finish doughnuts with precision and attention to detail, ensuring each one is visually appealing and Instagram-worthy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of doughnuts.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking ingredients and supplies.
- Stay up to date with current industry trends and contribute creative ideas for new doughnut flavors and designs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a bakery or pastry setting.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain consistency in doughnut quality and appearance.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, starting at 2:00 am.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Creativity and a passion for experimenting with new flavors and designs.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
