Admin. & Sales Coordinator

**Requirements**
- Tech-savvy with graphic design ability.
- Strong familiarity with the Fort Erie area.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable; ability to work unsupervised and closely follow directions.
- Adaptable; things move fast and priorities can change quickly with live broadcast and news media.
**Duties**
- First point of contact for anyone visiting the station.
- Distribution of news and sales leads among staff, and handling of station inquiries.
- Manage production and scheduling of ad campaigns.
- Billing and basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Design and publish social media, newsletter and website content.
- Summation of relevant bulletins and sound bites for broadcasters.
- Paperwork and other administrative duties including stocking office supplies.
**Additionally, a portion of each workday will be dedicated to outbound sales calls; sales targets to be discussed. Commissions paid monthly in addition to base salary.**
**Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $37,500.00 per year
