**Position Summary**

Coach Agile teams and facilitate team meetings. Help teams translate business and industry market requirements into detailed functional, testable behavioral driven specifications of ERP solutions.

**Position Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with Product Owners, business analysts and QA to progress along team agenda
  • Plan and conduct the day-to-day aspects of Agile ceremonies: daily stand up, sprint review and retrospective, backlog grooming sessions, product demos
  • Remove impediments and protects the teams from outside influence
  • Support Agile teams in their development and in establishing consistent best practices
  • Develop, coach, and mentor team members to advance their skills and career.
  • Support the implementation of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in the company
  • Act as a Release Train Engineer to coordinate the Agile Release Train of three teams
  • Help manage dependency between Agile teams
  • Define relevant KPIs to help measure the progress of the program
  • Leading workshops to assess agile program health and maturity
  • Help build improvement plans.
  • Promote Agile culture, values, behaviors, and principles across the organization

**Qualifications**

  • Strong relevant experience of 2+ years in a Scum Master role
  • Scrum Master or Agile certified (SAFe 4 or 5 Agile Certification will be an asset)
  • Experience in Retails or WholeSale or Financials industry will be an asset
  • Solid understanding of all phases of the software development cycle
  • Deep understanding of SAFe, Lean, and Agile values, principles and practices
  • Experience in Agile project management software/tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Time management skills
  • Strong Skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel

**Experience**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with, multi-team agile initiatives
