**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Learning our products and services and promoting it.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Engaging in sales activities, measuring progress, and achieving sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Love building connections with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a high-pace environment
- Experience as a Sales Representative
- Proven record of quotas

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, project management tools
- Ability to speak French
- Proficient bike riding skills
- General knowledge of eBikes

Compensation will be dependent on work experience and value provided to the company. Benefits will include generous discounts on our products and services.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Sales: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
