We are looking for a passionate **self-driven,** **organized individual**with **strong customer service**, **leadership skills** and **sales ability** to join our team

You are expected to ensure that the spa runs efficiently, smoothly and provides a high level of quality customer service and care. Your amazing sales ability will ensure we are maximizing our member retention on a daily basis.

**Job Duties**
- Daily operations of the spa, including but not limited to: reception, reservations, maintenance/quality control; including service, cleanliness and product usage
- Maintaining a professional spa image at all times
- Utilizing strong customer service and communication skills to educate customers on our spa services and products
- Resolving client concerns promptly; sharing of best practices regarding client retention so all can learn from concerns and solutions; puts clients first and models service and care standards at all times
- Ability to lead the team to meet business sales goals, membership sales and targets as outlined by the manager
- Book appointments over the phone and in person and perform suggestive selling
- Perform additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Being able to work on weekdays, weekends, and/or evenings‪ when required by business needs
- Experience in the Customer Service, Wellness, Retail, or Hospitality Industries will be an asset
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong administrative, operational and computer skills
- Ability to work, multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
