Wastech Services, a subsidiary of the Belkorp Group of Companies, is a BC-based company. We operate the Campbell Hill Landfill in Cache Creek, BC and are also responsible for the post closure care of the Cache Creek Landfill.

We are looking to add a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to our team. This position will report to the General Manager and will be based out of our Burnaby, BC office, working with both the on-site staff in Cache Creek as well as our staff in our Kamloops, BC office.

**Responsibilities**
- Regularly monitor and document the condition of our medium-size bulk haul fleet and operational assets. The equipment fleet includes highway and site tractors, b-train trailers, and walking floor trailers.
- Diligently plan for and schedule equipment maintenance with trusted suppliers and vendors, after a comprehensive and critical review of the quotes obtained.
- Ensure transportation compliance and regulations with regards to the equipment fleet
- Establish, implement, maintain, improve policies and standards for the transportation and of goods
- Communicate and report any non-compliance issues to management team
- Prepare various ad hoc reports for operations and management
- Other miscellaneous duties as required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- High school diploma, supplemented with relevant post-secondary education in a technical field.
- Two years minimum maintenance experience, relevant to bulk haul equipment (trailers and tractors)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to negotiate best value for money spent with services providers and vendors
- Effective verbal, listening and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
