**Your Day to Day**

**As a UX Research Coordinator you would be working on**:

- Drive all aspects of the UX research operations coordination program across GoTo by establishing best practices for participant recruitment, maintaining the recruitment process, solve challenges and determine the best possible recruitment source for a given study
- Maintain tight communication with team members to relay status of requests
- Develop and manage participant panel growth strategies and proactively report out key data
- Stay aware of and implement policies

**What We’re Looking For**

**As a UX Research Coordinator, your background will look like**:

- M. A./M.S./Ph. D. (in progress or completed) in Communications, Cognitive Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, Sociology, Economics, Statistics, or other field emphasizing quantitative analysis of human behavior or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years project management or research / design operations management experience or equivalent work experience
- Excellent people-interaction skills
- Very strong oral and written communication skills
- Confident management of standard office productivity, project and database management toolset
