With no prior business experience and very little food industry experience, Morgan established the three in early 2021. Her love for breakfast diners and cafes, along with her background in holistic nutrition and strong food values propelled the idea of her own food business where she’d work to merge healthy, local food and a calming, wholesome environment. The name came mainly from her hockey number growing up but was solidified through the three components that make up an individual’s well-being: _mind, body & spirit,_ as well as the three levels we hope to make an impact: _individual, community & global. _In other words, we want every customer’s experience to nourish their whole self, and we want this business to leave a mark on more than just individuals.

**job responsibilities**
- cafe food prep & order fulfillment
- handle POS system, cash, orders
- cleaning, stocking, organizing
- food preparation & assembly
- guest interaction & customer service
- complete all opening, mid-shift or closing duties where applicable
- prepare for and accept deliveries from wholesalers or multiple local farmers
- communicate effectively and respectfully with teammates

**requirements + expectations**
- availability 2-3x each week
- reliable transportation to 20 Erb St W (accessible through public transit)
- basic experience with food prep
- food safety certification (recommended, but not necessary)
- physical requirements: standing for long periods of time & lifting up to 25-50lbs
- passion and involvement in multiple of the following areas: health and well-being, local food and nutrition education, movement, sustainability, people and connection, our local community and contribution towards it

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
