**Status: Casual**

**Core Function**:

- Under the direction of the Program Manager/Program Coordinator, plans or participates in the planning of appropriate activities and providing high quality services to clients of the Day Program.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of an approved Personal Support Worker course in Ontario, or equivalent
- Completion of a C.P.R. (i.e., completed within one-year period)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Relevant satisfactory work performance

**Working Condition**:

- Some lifting and transfer
- Normal
