In 2021, to support our clients, we have launched a Property Management division and require a Maintenance Assistant to support our team.

**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Assistant will primarily assist in the maintenance duties and upkeep of commercial buildings, as well as seasonal grounds. At times, this role may require assisting with general labor tasks on construction sites.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Class 5 Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate simple power tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely with an awareness of surroundings
- Interest in the construction and property management industries

**Core Responsibilities**
- General landscaping
- Site cleanup
- General labor
- Maintenance tasks
- Following safety guidelines and best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Alberta Driver's License (required)
