**Spa Overview**:
**Position Overview**:
The Housekeeping department at Hammam Spa oversees and maintains a pristine level of cleanliness for the guest experience at Hammam Spa. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, attention to detail and commitment to hard work are of paramount importance in this role.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Abides by the Hammam Spa Policies and Procedures Guide
- Attends periodic Housekeeping Department meetings as needed
- Conducts on-site laundry services including washing, drying, stain removal and folding of spa linens
- Maintains public spaces of the spa during the day and performs a deep clean during off-hours of all areas including hallways, lounges, change rooms, Hammam and reception areas.
- Washing and vacuuming floors
- Stocking and organizing changeroom facilities throughout the day
- Polishing wood and stainless-steel fixtures throughout day
- Chemical spray wash the Hammam nightly and air out to dry during off-hours
- Clean and tidy offices
- Replenish client refreshments and clear and tidy Tea Lounge throughout operating hours
- Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and help where required
- Promptly attend to any requests from the Spa Coordinator team
- Responsible for fostering a healthy attitude and working relationships with all co-workers and members of management

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English
- Courteous and professional demeanour
- Customer service skills
- Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well under pressure

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years previous housekeeping experience
- Previous spa or hospitality experience considered an asset
- *All applicants must have legal permission to work in Canada in order to be considered._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
