**Job Summary**:
The role of the Housekeeper entails upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across the company’s suites, offices, and communal areas. This position involves executing a range of cleaning activities to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for both guests and staff, while strictly complying with company policies and hygiene regulations. The training period for this position will last three weeks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing guest suites, offices, and common areas to meet company cleanliness standards.
- **Laundry Services**: Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other items as needed. Ensure laundry areas are clean and well-maintained.
- **Inventory Support**: Assist in monitoring and organizing cleaning supplies, linens, and guest welcome kits. Report low stock levels to the Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Manager.
- **Locker Cleaning**: Regularly clean and organize lockers to maintain hygiene standards and ensure efficient operations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct visual checks of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet or exceed company standards. Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other housekeepers and departments, such as client services, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- **Compliance**: Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
- **Pressure Handling**:Capable of executing cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to stringent timelines and high-pressure environments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
- **Attributes**: Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Requirements**:

- Must provide a valid police clearance check.
- Must provide two business references.
