The Project Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with managing the technical content of DNS's virtual career-building programs. The curriculum has been developed to upskill, reskill, and train participants who are looking to build a career within Atlantic Canada's digital workforce. If you want to make an impact in the tech industry, grow your career in project management, and work with a creative and collaborative team, this is the role for you. **What does the role look like?** - Assist with the development and implementation of a pan-Atlantic virtual career-building program - Track and report project and student performance metrics - Manage and support Teaching Assistants - Coordinate and schedule technical/career development sessions into curriculum - Conduct research and collect data on companies that are looking for talent across Atlantic Canada - Manage project operations with project partners, internal and external stakeholders - Maintain the quality & relevance of the curriculum through industry research and partnership - Contribute to the development of tools and resources library to meet project and stakeholder needs **Here's what we need** - 2-3 years experience in project/program delivery in the tech sector - Strong database management and reporting skills - 1-2 years of Recruiting or Learning and Development experience - Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and exceptional research skills - Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage others, and lead your areas of work - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork - Demonstrated stakeholder management experience **Here's what we see as assets for the role** - Previous experience in curriculum design and/or supporting the delivery of virtual programs - English/French bilingual **What we can offer** We're a collective of people that value one another, have a strong sense of community, and commitment to what we do.
