**Your Role**:
We are a team of experienced, smart, well-rounded Mortgage Brokers looking for an **Alternative Lending Mortgage Broker** to join our organization. If you have experience in the Mortgage biz and have a great personality with tons of ambition, we would like your help to take our company to the next level.

What sets us apart? We are the only brokerage to utilize retail stores and the only brokerage with its own CMHC approved lender. Our agents are also NOT responsible for generating any sales leads, we provide all our agents with warm leadsNo cold calling. Working collaboratively with our national teams, we can offer our clients alternative lending solutions when traditional mortgages are no longer an option.

- **Must be Licensed** as a Mortgage Agent and in good standing
- **Experience **working in Private or B lending as a Mortgage Agent or an Underwriter an asset
- **Success **working in an environment without detailed processes, not always a black and white situation - need to be comfortable in the gray area
- **ATTENTION TO DETAIL** **Working in alternative lending requires problem solving and a focus on even the smallest details. These skills are non-negotiable for this position
- **Ability** to establish and foster relationships with our clients and assist them in making an informed decision
- **Fast paced environment**, must be able to keep current with changes with lenders and the real estate market
- **History** of delivering an extraordinary experience for your clients with a focus on results
- **Manage multiple** client files and ensure each file closes in a timely manner
- **Understand** the levels of risk associated with mortgage loans
- **Intermediate** MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Slack
