**Duties**:

- Supervising Housekeeping Staff: The supervisor oversees the work of housekeeping employees, including room attendants, cleaners, and laundry staff. They assign tasks, provide training, and ensure that all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and according to standards.
- Quality Control: The supervisor ensures that rooms and common areas are cleaned to the motel's standards. This involves inspecting rooms after they have been cleaned to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Any deficiencies or areas for improvement are noted and addressed.
- Inventory Management: They manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities. This includes ordering supplies as needed, keeping track of usage, and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet demand.
- Schedule Management: The supervisor creates and manages work schedules for housekeeping staff, taking into account occupancy levels and cleaning priorities. They may also handle payroll tasks such as tracking hours worked and approving time off.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensuring guest satisfaction is a key responsibility. The supervisor addresses any guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping and works to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Training and Development: The supervisor provides ongoing training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively. This may include training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Health and Safety Compliance: They ensure that housekeeping staff adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment safety protocols, and adherence to sanitation standards.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
