Window Tint Installer/security Film Installer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all safety precautions are taken at all times.
- Complete all installation requirements on time and up to quality standards.
- Protect surrounding surfaces from potential damage.
- Exceed customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality installations and exceeding customer expectations.
- Meet with customers to determine their needs.
- Ensure job site is clean and organized at all times.

- Natural Stone Protective Skin (Proshield) preparation

**Job Requirements**:

- Labour experience
- Quality control of Proshield installs in accordance with RCS highest standards
- Continuously driving to enhance operational practices and efficiencies
- Provide continual work progress updates on all active work
- Other duties as assigned
- G Class Driver's Licence
- Effective time management skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Communicates effectively and works well with others;
- Good conflict-resolution skills and problem-solving skills;
- No criminal history/ability to provide a police check

**Must haves**:

- Great attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Flexible approach to work demands
- A full Ontario driving license (with a clean record desired).
- Access to well-maintained vehicle

**Duties**:

- Install security film or window tint to residential and commerical flat glass.
- Follow installation instructions and guidelines provided by the manufacturer
- Ensure all installations are completed accurately and efficiently
- Test installed parts to ensure proper functionality
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation issues
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service
