We are a leading industry residential property management company based in Toronto, looking to fill a permanent, full-time/live-in position as **Superintendent **for a rental complex within the GTA.
- Previous experience as a superintendent for at least 2 years (Other skilled trades or training such as CPR, WHMIS, Plaster/Paint, etc. are an asset)
- General Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to, plumbing, HVAC, etc. and completing all logs/records/checks as required
- Supervise projects and trades/service providers while on-site, reporting directly to the Property Manager
- Able to multi-task and work in a team-based environment
- Good written/oral communication skills and excellent customer service in addressing tenant concerns effectively and promptly
Annual compensation based on previous work experience, is $42,000-$45,000 per year. Health benefits offered after the successful completion of the 3-month probationary period and paid annual vacation after 1-year of employment. A one or two-bedroom apartment is offered at discounted rate including utilities.
