At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Warehousing and Fulfillment Teams play an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in how people experience our products. Your attention to detail and focus on quality will shine through in your work and strengthen our relationships with customers.
The requirements are below, but what matters most is that you're willing to learn. We’ll provide you with workstation training to understand how to produce a quality product in an efficient way.
Your daily tasks will include:
Operating our embroidery machines and performing quality control for each finished product- Paying attention to specific embroidery instructions and closely monitoring your work to catch errors early and always ensure accuracy- Performing light troubleshooting and daily maintenance to keep machinery in top shape for fulfilling orders- Identifying the correct supplies and machine settings needed to complete each job- Inspecting all your work, correcting any deviations or errors, and packaging items nicely for shipping- Keeping your workstation clean while working and leaving it in top condition for the next shift- Reaching daily production goals set by your team lead- Performing other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring:
High school diploma or GED equivalent- 1-2 years of relevant work experience- Understanding of the digital embroidery process
Having the following will be an advantage:
- Technical post-secondary studies in the embroidery field- 3-5+ years experience in the printing industry or in a warehouse setting- Experience working with embroidery machines (Tajima or Happy)- Experience with Wilcom digitizing software
