Brofort Inc is seeking a Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years experience leading construction projects, implementing the project plan, ensuring safety and quality control. A Site Super is responsible for meeting budgets, schedules and scope for demanding projects and clients. The Site Super reports to the Project Manager and Senior Management Team.

Within this position, as the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal quality and responsibility on the job site. The Site Super manages schedules, the material selection & ordering, the problem solving, and work with sub trades and coordinates with project management. The Site Super will be working with and leading the trades, the labours, the security of the site & people, while proving excellent service and a top notch finished product, in a timely fashion.

Valid G class driver's licence

5 + years of related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience

Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, current construction practices and methodology

Strong management skills, and understanding of construction costs and budgets, organizational and planning skills

Must have Retail Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- construction: 5 years (preferred)
- Construction Superintendents: 5 years (preferred)
