Responsibilities:

- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and accidents to identify underlying causes and develop corrective actions
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate and report on workplace incidents, injuries, and near misses
- Develop and deliver training programs on safety procedures and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective actions
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Excellent report writing skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Experience in developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
