**About Us**:
The Fort Distillery values Farmers Markets as an integral part of our business, serving as key venues to introduce our premium craft spirits to new customers. As a Farmers Market Representative, you will represent the heart of our brand, connecting directly with patrons and fostering lasting customer relationships.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to Farmers Market patrons.
- Attract potential customers to our booth and introduce them to our products, avoiding pushy sales tactics.
- Create and maintain an attractive, inviting booth display.
- Set up and take down the market booth efficiently at the start and end of each market.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all distillery products to confidently answer questions and drive sales.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with market staff, especially the market manager.
- Adhere to all market rules and guidelines as communicated by the market manager.

**Qualifications**:

- An outgoing personality with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience working at Farmers Markets is a plus.
- Genuine interest in the craft beverage industry and a passion for artisanal products.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily evenings and weekends, as market schedules dictate.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortably lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

**Hours**:

- **Part-Time Position**: Hours will vary based on the number and timing of markets attended.

**Markets**:
Market location could range from: St. Albert Farmers Market, Old Strathcona, Fort Sask and Sherwood Park.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 16 per week
