The ideal individual will be responsible for all incoming inquires, as a direct point of contact with customers. This is a fast paced role, which requires strong organization skills, high attention to detail and the ability to react quickly to customer issues as they relate to all order desk activities.
- Handle incoming general inquires e.g. order and inventory status,
- Respond to all customer inquiries within the same business day
- Enter sales orders on a timely basis to facilitate delivery cut off timelines
**Skills and knowledge**
- Customer service experience
- Experience with a busy order desk environment preferred
- Proven track record in providing effective and high quality customer service
- Effective team player, works efficiently to get the job done
- Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel and access)
- Knowledge of Oracle (asset)
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
