The Inventory Data Analysis Clerk is an important link to the Purchasing team for Blue Ruby Jewellery. This position is responsible for the organizational and administrative tasks to assist the Purchasing team in the effective management of vendor orders and vendor sales reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and process Inventory vendor sales reporting monthly, seasonally and as directed.
- Accurate data entry and submission of vendor orders within agreed timeframe.
- Monitor vendor cancel dates and communicate with vendor on order status.
- Notify Purchasing team of vendor order submission and subsequent order status.
- Prepare vendor pricing charts with notes of order concerns regarding price; margins; quantities.
- Process administrative tasks such as SKU maintenance and inventory control tasks.
- Process markdowns in the POS and reporting.
- Maintain reporting procedures protocols and update with amendments and new reporting procedures as developed.
- Update Budget and Inventory Forecast reporting weekly.
- Be flexible to take on responsibilities as needed.

**Job Requirements**
- At least one year of experience in a data analysis position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- MS Excel skills are expert level, experience in V-lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy of data.
- Familiar with computerized and manual inventory replenishment systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
