The Inventory Data Reporting Associate is an important link to the Purchasing team for Blue Ruby Jewellery. This position is responsible for the organizational and administrative tasks to assist the Purchasing team in the effective management of vendor sales reporting.

The Job

  • Prepare and process Inventory vendor sales reporting monthly, seasonally, and as directed.
  • Prepare vendor pricing charts with notes of order concerns regarding price; margins; quantities.
  • Update Budget and Inventory Forecast reporting weekly.
  • Import product images into line sheets for Purchasing team to review.
  • Update vendor contact sheets will all necessary contact information.
  • Process administrative tasks such as SKU maintenance and inventory control tasks.
  • Maintain reporting procedures protocols and update with amendments and new reporting procedures as developed.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma required
  • Proven experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency in MS 365 tools, including advanced Excel data analysis features
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills for effective collaboration with other departmentS
