**Pay**: Potential income of $90,000.00 - $250,000 per year CAD (Commission Only)

Five Star Bath Solutions is a nationally recognized franchise specializing in hassle-free bathroom remodeling services. We are expanding in the GTA North market and seeking a motivated Account Executive with experience in in-home sales and knowledge of the construction or bathroom remodeling process. As a representative of our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining sales flow, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly and annual quotas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-home sales presentations to residential customers in the GTA North region.
- Provide comprehensive information about the company, products, and remodeling process.
- Offer solutions to customers' issues and objections, utilizing effective sales closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate paperwork including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and communication.
- Utilize provided pre-qualified leads and confirmed appointments, eliminating the need for cold calling.
- Deliver persuasive presentations using our professional iPad presentation tool.
- Participate in training sessions covering specialty products, sales techniques, and company processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional attitude and appearance.
- 2-5 years of successful in-home sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust with clients.
- Outgoing and results-driven personality.
- Proven track record of closing deals using effective sales tools and solutions.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2-5 years (preferred)
- Home Improvement, Specifically Bathroom Renovation: 1 year (An Asset)
- In home sales experience (preferred)

**License/Certification**:

- Driver's License (required) & Car

**Ability to Commute**:GTA North (Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, East Brampton, Thornhill, Woodbridge)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
