Known for its values-driven culture and technical excellence, our client is growing their civil team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Burnaby office.

**What You'll Be Doing**

Manage civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to close-out

Lead financial performance, scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation

Collaborate closely with clients, site superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors

Take ownership of the full project lifecycle—ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction

Guide, mentor, and support project team members to foster continuous improvement

Support a culture that values transparency, collaboration, and high performance

Travel to project sites within BC as needed

**Who We're Looking For**

**5+ years** of progressive project management experience with a **mid-size or large GC**

Direct experience in water, wastewater, or bridge projects is a strong asset

Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams from the ground up

Strong communicator who’s confident managing diverse project stakeholders

Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, purpose-driven environment

Open to occasional travel across project sites in BC
