We are Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, the first of its kind swim facility designed solely with children in mind With 160 schools open worldwide, we are dedicated to our team of employees and offer a fun, team-oriented environment with great individuals who have a passion for working with children, their families and their community.

An Aqua-Tots Client Care Manager is responsible for facilitating the client journey at Aqua-Tots. You will be doing so by ensuring clients are properly registered in classes, address scheduling concerns, keeping the facility clean, selling merchandise, answering client questions in the facility, and much more

**Client Service Manager Job Responsibilities**:

- Greet parents and students as they enter the facility and make them feel at home
- Facilitate client registration and other sales
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, take messages and conduct phone calls in a professional manner
- Check-in students on the attendance tracking system
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility
- Answer client questions regarding curriculum
- Create relationships with parents and children to enhance the Aqua-Tots experience
- Resolve client concerns using a professional approach
- Attend team member meetings and in-service trainings
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Office 365 tools.
- 1 year experience in a role where the primary function was focused on sales or client management.
- Education in business or sales considered an asset. Combined relevant experience may act as a substitute.
- Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset.
- Must provide a vulnerable sectors check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
