**Responsibilities**:

- Operate asphalt paving machines to spread and level hot mix asphalt on roads, parking lots, and other surfaces
- Work closely with the paving crew to ensure proper asphalt distribution and compaction
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on paving equipment
- Ensure projects meet company standards and follow all safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating asphalt pavers (LeeBoy, Caterpillar, or similar)
- Knowledge of paving techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to job quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Valid driver’s license
