**Job Description**:
Today we are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our talented team in Montreal. This role will be full time for 32hr-40hr per week and includes shifts at weekends and evenings.

Although no two days are ever the same, there are some things that you can expect to be involved in regularly this includes
- Secure excellent direct customer experience, by establishing a welcoming atmosphere with proactive and genuine interactions, as well as providing technical and inspirational information to COS customers
- Support strong indirect customer service, through replenishment and garment care whilst respecting visual guidelines
- Collaborate with the store management team to secure excellent shopping experience, through cooperation and strong communication
- Contribute to the stores sales strategy, and help colleagues in other departments in order to reach
- Evaluate service results and develop actions to increase the service experience
- Act as a customer service role mode
