Are you quick on your feet? Do you have mechanical experience? Do you have a passion for customer service and creating a memorable experience for guests? If so, then you might be the next great **Lane Attendant** to join our dynamic team. Our **Lane Attendants** maintain a safe and secure environment to help delivery an exceptional guest experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oiling, buffing and maintaining of lanes
- Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS
- Greet all guests with a smile and assists with any lane issues
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service (S-10/ G-5)
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
- Communicate with shift leaders and managers
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong customer service
- Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical: 1 year (preferred)
