Are you quick on your feet? Do you have mechanical experience? Do you have a passion for customer service and creating a memorable experience for guests? If so, then you might be the next great **Lane Attendant** to join our dynamic team. Our **Lane Attendants** maintain a safe and secure environment to help delivery an exceptional guest experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Oiling, buffing and maintaining of lanes
• Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS
• Greet all guests with a smile and assists with any lane issues
• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service (S-10/ G-5)
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers
• Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**

• Mechanically inclined
• Strong customer service
• Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
• Team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
